At Sentinels Shop, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
